Swim Supervisor • Mohawk Day Camp

Responsible for the overall well-being of all campers and staff at each pool
Communicating with camp families
Must be engaging and nurturing when working with campers
Assessing and tracking campers’ swim progress daily throughout the season
Managing a team to maintain the safety of campers and staff within the pool complex
Mentoring and providing feedback to the lifeguards/swim instructors within your pool complex
