- Supervising the safety and well-being of a small group of campers
- Must be engaging and nurturing when working campers
- Mentoring and providing feedback to the counselors within your group
- Communicating with camp families
- Participating in specialist-led camp activities
- Fully participate in all required pre-season staff training
- Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a college graduate, certified teacher, coach, guidance counselor, or other individual experienced in child care and development, successfully complete all background checks, enjoys working with children
- Salary Range: $4,950 to $5,750 for the season (Individual compensation based on education, skill set, experience, qualifications and role)
