• Supervising the safety and well-being of a small group of campers
  • Must be engaging and nurturing when working with campers
  • Mentoring and providing feedback to the counselors within your group
  • Communicating with camp families
  • Participating in specialist-led camp activities
  • Fully participate in all required pre-season staff training
  • Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a college graduate, certified teacher, coach, guidance counselor, or other individual experienced in child care and development, who completes all background checks, and enjoys working with children
  • Salary Range: $5,850 – $7,350 for the season (Individual compensation based on education, skill set, experience, qualifications, and role)
