• Activity Specialists work alone or in teams led by a Head Specialist, who is assisted by Assistant Specialists. Specialists organize and teach activities in their areas of expertise. Open positions include:
    • Sports: Gymnastics, Basketball, Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, and Hockey
    • Creative & Performing Arts: Arts & Crafts, Ceramics, Jewelry, Dance, Theater, and More!
    • Adventure: Ropes Course, Archery, Outdoor Survival Skills, and Mountain Biking
  • Executing lesson plans and activities with campers within your specialty area
  • Must be engaging and nurturing when working with campers
  • Encouraging campers to explore their creative and adventurous side!
  • Fully participate in all required pre-season staff training
  • Qualifications: Must be 16 years or older by June 29, 2026, have experience in a specialty area, complete all background checks, and enjoy working with children
  • Salary Range: $2,950 to $7,000 for the season (Individual compensation based on education, skill set, experience, qualifications, and role)
