We help families prepare for camp by:
- Inviting you and your camper(s) to our "Open House:"
We welcome all registered camp families to our annual Open House events! We host one Open House for campers who are age-appropriate for Kindergarten through Eighth grade. We schedule another Open House for preschoolers (those campers NOT entering Kindergarten in the fall).
For your camper, this is a time to meet his or her new group Head Counselor and become familiar with camp. For parents, it is an opportunity to discuss matters that pertain to your child with Directors, Head Counselors, Swim Directors, Food Service Director, and our Camp Nurses. The Nurse will also receive any medication you need to leave at camp.
Come and enjoy our hayrides, air castles, cotton candy, playgrounds, basketball and miniature golf. And while you are here, take a walk down to the farm!
- Arranging for a Personal Home Visit by your Camper's Transportation Counselor:
Your camper's bus counselor will phone you to arrange a date and time to meet with you. You will be given approximate morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off schedules for your child's bus route during the meeting.
- Providing you with our General Information Bulletin (GIB):
Our 'GIB' is filled with all the particulars about Camp that you need to know - from transportation and contact information, to what to bring to camp and what not to bring... this little handbook is very useful during the camp season. You may view the 2010 General Information Bulletin by clicking the link general information bulletin.
