At Mohawk our greatest asset is our exceptional staff. Staff members are carefully screened and selected for their patience and understanding, as well as their depth and breadth of knowledge. Our staff members are leaders, mentors and friends, who all possess a desire to support every Mohawk camper as an individual. Seasoned educators lead camp groups, and are assisted by General Counselors who are primarily college students. We are very proud that most of our professional staff of more than 100 teachers return to us year after year. And, approximately 1/3 of our staff are former Mohawk campers!

In our preschool camp, most of our staff are teachers from our own Mohawk Country Home School where we specialize in educating children ages 3 to 6. Our school's Principal, Carole Bouchier, serves as the Division Director of the Preschool camp during the summer.
